Description
‘The Trophy Wife’ emerges brilliant yellow in the spring, then turns copper-gold, and ends up chartreuse by mid summer. The lightly corrugated leaves have numerous, deep veins and a generous rim of ruffles around edge. A fast grower, Hosta ‘The Trophy Wife’ quickly grows into a prize worthy, upright mound about 37″ tall and 60″ across that blooms in early summer with fertile, lavender flowers. photo courtesy of Bob Solberg.
